So a crocodile/Komodo dragon mix with armor plates that drools acid. Sounds better as a regular Pokemon, No offense. Does it stand sprawled or straight up? I can help with movepool if you like.

It's floating somehow? That sounds strange. Anyway, I don't know if we can make this a legendary. All good legendaries have a solid foundation. Mew is based on the concept of embryology. Deoxys is based on deoxyribonucleic acid. Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, and Keldeo are the three musketeers. I'm not going to give more examples, but a legendary has to have a better reason. Did ancient people worship Komodo dragons or something?

Well I guess not... We can make it regular
we can lower it's stats and change the ability.
I thought the same when I gave it levitate.
The typing is actually good but without the ground weakness thats why it's levitate.
I thought it's a legendary... it can be a floating pokemon!!
    So decide and tell me.

BTW It has eyes of a crocodile (Sharp and yellow color with a scary leer) that doesn't make it a crocodile...

Edit: I changed lizardous to a groung/poison type pokemon... I wish you can sprite it and btw it's a standalone pokemon that doesn't evolve!
