I'd imagine it would be hard to make art for a pokemon that's made of wind. It would be invisible. I can imagine there things looking like clouds, however. That would make more sense. Also, what's up with the symbol above the "o"? Most English speakers won't understand the pronunciation.

Also, why does it have to have no gender?

I think Levitate or Sand Veil would make better abilities for this guy. Nevertheless, I like the general concept.

Put Incorporeal as an ability. And I imagine it like a small air vortex.

Well this see,s to be a Whirlwind rather than a dust devil so sand veil doesn't quite fit. & Its a flying type so levitate is useless.

How about my ability, Incomprehensible? It negates copying moves (I think this would fit perfectly s this guy).

@GuardChomp, how true, but that's all I could think of at the moment.

First of all, it is a wind based pokemon that could be shaped after a cloud that is always changing appearance (doesn't have a stable form) as for the evolution it's cyclone shaped pokemon that has the same property as the cloud but in more violent way.

Secondly the ô is an enhanced o but i'll remove it. It's a frensh symbol for o so gelo you are right.

They are genderless cz they are winds and winds doesn't have a gender!

If incorporeal or no body are not accepted as abilities so incomprehensible will be it's ability as this is a flying type ability I guess!!

Goes over the limit for the length of an ability name.

If I understand the ability effect, it blocks all copying moves... so copy block is obvious but this shouldn't be a problem since we are not naming pokemon right?

I would suggest raising the attack stat just a little, since in third gen, all flying type moves are physical.

Well I'm not planning to put a vast content of physical moves to this pokemon nor a vast content of flying type attacks cz since it's a wind it cannot use physical type attacks effectively, thats why I thought of the no more available "No body" as an ability.

The move pool will be loaded with all the wind based moves like gust, tailwind, twister, leaf storm... those kind of moves and of course it will have access to all weather conditions in addition of a variety of special attacks with calm mind like blizzard, thunder,... all storm related... relax gelo it will not be a filler pokemon!

Wait, all weather conditions? Does it really make sense for wind to know sunny Day? & I Don't see why a wind would learn calm mind. If it was a calm wind it wouldn't learn things Like Twister, Leaf Storm & such.

The second evo has it's name based on Cyclone and you argue not all winds are strong...? I get the impression that when we get art it'll look strong and mighty.

On another note, why would a gust of wind have the ability to relax itself to improve it's mental abilities?
