    About Time I made this

    Bone Claw
    Type: Ghost
    Category: Physical
    PP: 10 (max 16)
    Power: 85
    Accuracy: 95
Description: The user slashes the target with claws of hard and sharp bone. It may flinch the target.
Secondary Effects: 30% chance of flinching.

Sig. move of the Skullink line.

i like the idea, but maybe change to 40% chance of flinching instead? it doesnt make much sense for a physical move to lower sp. defense (even though i know shadow ball doesnt that in 1 & second gen)

40% chance of flinching means 40% chance of completely incapacitating the foe for one turn. That's powerful stuff. Either make sure this pokemon is slow enough so that this doesn't affect many pokemon, or decrease the chance.

Sig. move of the Skullink line.

It may lowers the target special DEF and have a 40% of flinching? Thats a bit too much for me.
Whats the percentage about the lowering of the Sp. DEF effect?

My idea is to make this a 30% chance of flinching the opponent only as secondary effect of this move.
