Basically just like scald except it poisons instead of burns

i basically got this idea when i was using a tentacool in a gym battle and trying to poison but poison sting is just so sackish that it is not worth keeping so i figured acid rain would be a help to pokemon like tentacool, qwuilfish, etc.

Cool move, but I had a move idea called Acid Rain. Any way you can possibly change the name to avoid conflict? Maybe it could be called "Polluted Water".
