    As long as they're edited enough, I suppose using bases are fine. But the registeel hands are unnecessary. it would look better without them. I don't even like Registeel's hands & It's one of my favorite Pokemon.

    diz, this is your best work so far. I don't understand why you require to parts of existing pokemons if you are able to do things like that, anyway good job.

    I think it's good, but the combo of lock on and sheer cold is kind of broken. it automatically ko's any pokemon in two hits, no questions asked. It makes everything too easy.

    No, it isn't. Sheer Cold isn't affected by Lock-On. Is a hidden mechanic that no one cares. Except me, 'cause I'm a freak.

    It's affected by Mind Reader, though, and I'm pretty sure the two have exactly the same effect.

    Never thought about lock on and sheer cold... But this is a good point... But isn't sheer cold banned competitively anyway?
