I like the idea but only one thing! why should it evolve to a fight/psychic pokemon while ground/fight is a new type combo...? Why should it have that big Sp ATT stat? leave it as ground/fight, bulk it up a little more and lower the Sp ATT... That is just my idea everything else is perfect.

I concur. Keep it fighting/ground.

I don;t think that would be a problem but a fight and ground type has very good coverage that psychic won't add anything to it... but Whom am I to object... My movepools are always packed with different types of attacks!

I propose that the middle evo have a faster speed stat than the final evo, since it's supposed to be elderly if I'm correct.

Well, I'll put your ideas into the OP. Great idea with aura sphere, BTW. I also finished Badigg's concept art, and I apologize right now for my terrible artwork. Anyone who could make a sprite(or better artwork in general)would be greatly appreciated!

I was going to make a Badger poke'mon, but it was pure Normal.


Anyway, I quite like this guy. However, his (Badgelder) Atk. is a bit too high for my opinion, and Badgelder sounds awkward.

Hmm...I'm kind of new to base stats, but it has the same attack as Kingler, Machamp, Rhydon, Flareon, Ursaring, and many other pokemon. Plus it's based a bit on a martial arts master, so that would validate a high attack stat. As for the name, I don't really think so, but if somebody can come up with a better name, I'd be happy to change it, cause I can't think of anything better.

The base stats are fine. The high attack is counterbalanced by low speed, making it easy to counter. I still think the middle form should have higher speed, since the last one is supposed to be elderly.

And Badgelder sounds fine to me.

Concept art for Clawdger is now up. I fixed Clawdger's speed stat too. The reason they aren't fast in general is because real badgers aren't fast. I thought I might as well make something accurate. Plus, like Gelatino said, It counteracts the high attack.

Nobody will be able to make sprites out of those, since they're facing the wrong way. However, some people can sprite from scratch, which is cool. I can't, though.

The first one looks fantastic and i'm sure it has been pretty difficult to make the third one as if it were attacking.Althought they look great i think you should( in the future) remake the second one sprite to make it with a better pose. Anyway, congratulations!

Sorry. the second one was the most diffucult, because I couldn't create a good pose.

The leg is placed a bit awkwardly on the last one. The leg closer to the front should have a visible connection to the leg. And as for the design overall, if you ask me, they just look like regular badgers wearing clothes.
