    Acc: 100%
    Effect: Lowers opponent's Accuracy by one stage.
    Text: The users sprays the opponent with a spicy hot pepper. It will lower accuracy.
    pokemon: All grass types can learn this!

    The base power is far too high. I would have this as a mid-game move and just give it 30 or 40 base power, but I still think it would be overpowered, even with that. Reason being, the AI does not like to switch.

    Hey don't worry about the AI... Worry about the RI (Real inteligence) LOL!!!


    Anyway... I lowered the power of the move cz it's effect is 100% happening...

    Plus peppersprays doesn't need to do damage but just blinding the target!
