    Special
    PP: 15
    Power: 80
    Effect: 30% chance of lowering foes special attack

    Pokemon that can learn in: vibreaker and evo, ellute, acustar, maybe duskull and evo

    80 power special ghost type move is similar to shadow ball.

    I propose making it the ghost type counterpart of fake out since you can scare someone by secretely whispering in their ear!

    What do you think about a ghost type fake out? Jwoo likes the idea.

    This move is more similar to shadow ball than mine so I think it's not a bad idea!
