...All moves have a chance of having a critical hit. Do you mean an increased critical hit ratio? In that case, it's probably a bad idea. Having two hits in a row already doubles the chance of having a critical hit in every move. Every time there's another hit, it multiplies the critical hit chance for the overall move. So, technically speaking, any move that hits more than once in a row already has a higher chance of having a critical hit.

I think Chopter is the Only one who needs the ability since the blades are actually spinning. Other-wise, Steel wing is fine. Due to the crit chance, each hit should calculate its own accuracy.

First this move has the normal crit hit ratio... I was just saying what the in game text says about other similar attacks.

This is not an ability... But yes chopter is the one to benefit from this attack cz for ability it got skill link. The others has quick feet and guts.

Concraft also has blades in the front like the ancient aiplanes and forstrike has them on it's wings! remember that they are pokemon they don't have necessarily to look like the planes that are based after!
