3% is a pretty low chance. Is this a parallel to Blaze Kick? If so, you can change the freeze chance to 10%.

I like the fact that this move has an increased critical hit ratio! Good attack!

maybe lower the BP to 80? i think 85 base power plus high chance for crit AND freeze hax would be more broken than excadrill in sand. unless its one of those moves that no one can learn till they are a way high level so you dont have it against the elite 4

I'm fine with it... Even with the high chance, critical hits still are rare and luck based. So is the freezing thing... Both effects have such low frequency of appearing that I don't mind it being put together.

If you add both effect thry will still have a lower frequency of happening than a thunderbolt paralyze or a flamethrower burn!
